1] Soak the cocoon in the lukewarm water - 40O C for about 15 minutes till the cocoon becomes soft  for melting the serecin protein

2] Take the cocoon out from the water

3] Hold the cocoon and wear it on the finger

4] Use it on the face in circular movements ,slowly rotate the cocoon to use from all the sides to ensure the complete intake of the substance value .
